How the ranking is made
The twelve zodiac signs are ranked every evening (21:00 Japan time) from the positions of the planets, computed from NASA/JPL's ephemeris, combined with two public signals about the world that day: the mood of the markets (economic climate) and the state of the Sun and Earth's magnetic field (space weather). Your day-stem and star are then read against the day's stem and star using classical Japanese and Chinese rules (Four Pillars, Nine Star Ki), which spread each sign's 90 people across the 1,080 ranks.
